Oatmeal serves as a gentle exfoliant that has soothing, anti-inflammatory properties. Blend oats and honey in a blender to make a smooth paste. Apply the mask on dry skin and massage it in circular movements. Leave it for 10 minutes and then wash with lukewarm water.

Oatmeal bath can benefit the whole body. Blend uncooked oats in a blender into a fine powder. Disperse the powder in the bath tub till the water looks cloudy and feels silky. Soak the body in the tub for about half an hour.
